Scaloni wasn’t impressed with the coverage that Rubiales is getting instead of Spain’s maiden World Cup trophy.

He said, “It’s a pity for Spain women’s team that Rubiales case is talked about more instead of the enormous achievement the women’s team had, something historic. I congratulate you for the title you achieved in a fair way, it is a pity that this is not talked about enough.” The Albicelestes boss is right in some way. Spanish Federation boss Luis Rubiales is the talk of the town. The Spain women’s team didn’t get the deserved coverage and a chance to celebrate its achievement. With the Spanish Government and FIFA jumping the boat to punish Rubiales, it will be interesting to see the fate of Rubiales.
